Well this makes perfect sense.

Magnum® Ice Cream, currently owned by Unilever.

First launched in Germany in January 1989.

Magnum™ Lubricated Condoms, owned by Trojan, part of Church & Dwight Co., Inc.

First launched around 1989 also; when Cater-Wallace owned Trojan.

Coincidence?

But anyway, wouldn't it be interesting if they were sub-brands?

Either brand could be a sub-brand of one another.

Magnum ice-cream ads had always been seductive and sexy.

Magnum condoms are used for sex.

What happens at the end of any sexual intercourse?

The creamy white filling inside of every

ice-cream bar dripping out. You make the connection.

Or is it just me?
