Science is God




Chora Church, Istanbul, Turkey 

Originally a church built by Saint Theodius by order of Byzantine Emperor Justinious in 534. In 11th century, it was destroyed in an earthquake and completely rebuilt it was rebuilt by the mother-in-law of Emperor Alexious, Maria Doukaina.




Temple of Heaven, Beijing, China 

Built from 1406-20 during the reign of the Yongle Emperor, who was also responsible for the construction of the Forbidden City in Beijing. 




Sant'Andrea della Valle, Rome, Italy 

Constructed mainly by Carlo Maderno. The fresco decoration of the dome was done by Annibale Carracci’s pupils, Giovanni Lanfranco and Domenichino, from 1608-27. The church was completed by 1650, with additional touches added by Francesco Grimaldi.




Tilla-Kari Madrasa, Samarkand, Uzbekistan 

Built during 1646–60 by Timur the Great Samarkand’s grandson, Ulugbek, and under the surveillance of Timur's wife Tuman-Aka.




Szeged Synagogue, Szeged, Hungary 

Designed by the Jewish Hungarian architect Lipót Baumhorn in 1907.




European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), French-Swiss border near Geneva

The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at the CERN complex is the world’s largest and most powerful particle accelerator. It was built by the European Organization for Nuclear Research from 1998- 2008. On March 14, 2013, scientists at CERN confirmed the existence of the God Particle.



All religions were instituted as ways of approaching the knowledge about reality and truths about the universe.
